We generally don’t wait for 15th day to dispatch your order and always try to prepare your order as fast as possible, but we can’t guarantee so.

Return will be applicable only on the following
- I have received a damaged item
- You have delivered me wrong item
- And I am reporting problem within 24 hours of delivery receipt.
Important: if you can’t report within 24 hours of delivery receipt, we can’t return/replace/refund in any circumstances. Please mind it 24 hours only.

- I was expecting something better
Solution = Please learn more and more about the product and its features. Talk to LiveChat Support Executive to collect more and more details and satisfy yourself before you place order.
- I don’t like the item anymore
Solution = Please make sure you really love to order the item you are going to order.
- Colors are not exactly as shown in the picture
Solution = expect some color variations in the photograph and the original item. Your computer monitor’s color contrast settings may give you a different vision of the item’s color then it is. Sometime digital photography also may cause of minor color variation.
- Fitting is not perfect (in case of apparel*)
Solution = submit the measurement details to us very carefully. Don’t measure your body yourself. Hire a local tailor and ask him to measure you so that you won’t stuck in such situations. Another less-recommended solution is you buy only cloth from us and ask your local tailor to stitch.
- Why should I pay the custom charges additionally When I have already paid you for shipping. I don’t need your product. Take it back & refund me.
(Solution = custom charges are applicable by the Govt. Rule & Guidelines of your own country. And they don’t listen us when we ask them that our customer don’t love it. They declared: “Rules are rules”.
Refund
Refund will be applicable only on the following cases
- Unavailability of any item in stock
Solution = You can buy a different item for the paid money, but if you don’t want, you can get your money back. Simple...
- On return, if client don’t want a replacement or any other item
Solution = You can keep your current order in advance booking status with us. And whenever the same item will be available next, we will deliver you first of all.
How much amount will be refund?
- If you accept a replacement or buy another item of same price: you won’t be charged any additional shipping cost. Shipping of new item will be free for you but you will have to bare the shipping charges of shipping damaged/wrong item from your location to our office.
- If you don’t accept replacement and want money back only : we will refund you 100% money. You will have to bare the shipping charges of shipping damaged/wrong item from your location to our office.
We are studying and learning more cases too to include here in future. So in case of any exceptional problem we will try doing our best for your best interest..
