Return/Refund Policy
What is Free Return?
Free Return means, Zero Return Shipping charges to customer on returning or rectification of a purchased item.
(Free Return is applicable on orders on/after 23th December, 2008)
Free Return is applicable only on:
- Return Or, Rectification (In case of our error) Only
Free Return is NOT applicable on:
- Exchange of product
- If you have supplied wrong measurement for custom stitching of your apparel
- If you have used the product somehow and caught cheating
Return will be APPLICABLE ONLY ON the following
Return Condition:
- I have received a damaged item
- You have delivered me wrong item (different item code)
- In Case of Custom Design/Stitch Service:-
- You have delivered me a completely different design from picture.
- You have used wrong colors (for e.g. - I wanted red color and you sent me white color i.e. a completely different color)
- Please note:
- Difference of shades of color (i.e. – light blue, dark blue, different shade of pink etc.) will not be considered.
- Minor design makeup issues or increased expectation level or minor embroidery design differentiation will not be considered
- I supplied the correct measurement to you but you ignored it and stitched my dress with wrong measurement.*
- Please note:
- *Only rectification and reshipping will be applicable on this condition. No return/refund will be applicable.
- And I am reporting problem within 24 hours of delivery receipt. (File a return request now)
- If you can’t report within 24 hours of delivery receipt, we can’t return/replace/refund in any circumstances. Please mind it 24 hours only. You can report us 24 Hours X 365 days.
- Extremely Important:
Refund Calculation:
- Readymade apparel (Standard Size) = refund - (CC processing charges + 1st shipping)
- Custom designed/ custom stitched apparel = refund – (CC processing charges + 10% of item cost + 1st shipping)
- Juti, turban, jewellery, stole & other accessories = refund – (CC processing charges + 1st shipping)
Return will be NOT APPLICABLE ON the following
- I was expecting something better
- (Solution = please learn more and more about the product and its features. Talk to LiveChat Support Executive to collect more and more details and satisfy yourself before you place order)
- I don’t like the item anymore
- (Solution = Please make sure you really love to order the item you are going to order)
- Colors are not exactly as shown in the picture
- (Solution = expect some color variations in the photograph and the original item. Your computer monitor’s color contrast settings may give you a different vision of the item’s color then it is. Sometime digital photography also may cause of minor color variation.
- If you have supplied wrong measurement for custom stitching of your apparel
- (Solution = submit the measurement details to us very carefully. Don’t measure your body yourself. Hire a local tailor and ask him to measure you so that you won’t stick in such situations. Another less-recommended solution is you buy only cloth from us and ask your local tailor to stitch)
- If you have used the product somehow and caught cheating.
- (No solution for such people. God bless them.)
- Why should I pay the custom charges additionally when I have paid you for shipping. I don’t need your product. Take it back & refund me.
- (Solution = custom charges are applicable by the Govt. Rule & Guidelines of your own country. And they don’t listen us when we ask them that our customer don’t love it. They declared: “Rules are rules”)
How to apply for return?

- Wait until you receive approval of your return request.
- Don’t courier any item without our approval, otheriwse no refund will be made in any circumstances.

- On Approval, sit back and relax. We will arrange a pickup facilty for you.
- Please note: Pickup facility may not be available if our shipping partner doesn't have an office in your city OR, the office is not in our regular co-ordination OR, unavaibility of spare person for pickup. In such cases, we will communicate with you and will guide you to easily courier it back to our postal address as given below:-

How can I exchange a product insted of return?
- Exchange option is currently unavailable. You can place a new order in such case.
Order Cancellation
- You (customers) can cancel the order only within first 24 hours of placing the order. Order cancellation requests after 24 hours will be subject of cancellation fees/ deductions/ levies as applicable.
