- What is the delivery time?
- It will take us 15 days to prepare your order and 3-5 days to deliver it to your doorstep
- What if I want urgent delivery?
- You can go for Express Processing options. Additional charges will be applicable. Please talk to live help executive for details.
- What are the shipping charges?

- Can I have a different color in this sherwani?
- Yes. You can get a color of your choice but it depends on the availability.
- Where are the color swatches? I want to see and select the alternate colors.
- Currently we are not providing color swatches for you to select. To know the available colors, please talk to the live help executive
- Can I customize the design of this sherwani? And what customizations are possible?
- Yes minor customizations are possible for e.g. – Different color of embroidery, Increasing or reducing the embroidery design work. But customization depends on the level of requirement.
- Does customization will cost me extra money?
- May and may not. It depends on the type of customization you want.
- I want custom stitching, How to submit my measurement?
- You will receive measurement form automatically after placing your order, in order confirmation email. For more details about measurements please check 'Size Info' tab given above.
- I don’t want churidaar payjama in this sherwani. Do you have any other options?
- Yes. You can buy a normal pant style or pathani style salwar, instead of churidar. At time of checkout please mention your choice or talk with our Life Help executive.
- Can I get a different color of churidar/pant/pathani salwar?
- Yes. Ask live help executive for available colors.
- What comes in package?
- Sherwani overcoat, Inside Kurta and churidar (pajama). It may vary as per current offerings & promotions.
- Can I have a sample of cloth and color?
- Yes. There are two options.
- 1) You can ask for a cloth sample by courier to see it in real. Cloth sample will be free of cost but courier charges will be applicable. Confirm the courier charges & delivery days with Live Help executive. OR,
2) You can simply ask for a digital image/picture of the cloth sample, via email. Though it may not give you exact vision as in real, however you can make yourself comfortable with colors and cloth design pattern.
